We are seeking a dedicated Client Development Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Winchester, MA. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, identify their staffing needs, and propose tailored solutions. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans for client growth, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with team members to meet company objectives. You will also be responsible for fostering trust and communication between the organization and its clients to ensure long-term partnerships and success.

• Strong Client Development and Relationship Building skills to effectively connect with and retain clients
• Proven Analytical Skills and Strategic Planning capabilities for evaluating client needs and market opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Experience in fostering collaboration and trust to enhance partnerships and team performance
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proactive and self-motivated mindset with the ability to work both independently and within a team
• Relevant experience in staffing/recruitment or similar client-facing roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
