Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service by following the Customer Experience guidelines
2. Maintain all Happy's Pizza/Savvy Sliders standards during preparation and execution of our products, while maintaining all food safety guidelines.
3. Ensure cash handling and general transaction accuracy, open and close store, manage cash & counting registers, take deposits, and reconcile daily transactions
4. Contribute to a positive work environment on every shift, every day.
5. Learn and perform all team member job functions as required by the business, hire, onboard and train new employees to the Happy's Pizza/Savvy Sliders standards
6. Manage shifts while maintaining brand standards
7. Manage and maintain proper labor cost through scheduling, managing shifts and utilizing time effectively.
8. Manage and maintain proper food cost expectations by following prep and portion guides, performing a weekly inventory and ordering based on the needs of the business.
9. Network with businesses to drive overall sales and increase catering sales in a professional manner.
10. Work with Owner to grow the overall business and profits.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
