Director of Training

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Overview

The Director of Corporate Training is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing training and development initiatives across Savvy Sliders. This role ensures operational excellence in new store openings and continuous staff development, working in close collaboration with the Director of Operations to align training programs with organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Director of Operations to execute training and development for new store launches.
• Schedule and lead training outline and expectations on NSO calls to manage timelines, ensuring new stores meet company standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
• Monitor and optimize new tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain communication with COO and Director of Operations to align on training and operational strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders, supporting training and operational objectives.
• Ensure effective communication channels with key stakeholders.
• Implementation and utilization of company-wide standardized operational tools and measurables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our training store franchisees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Servsafe certification or ability to obtain comparable certification

• Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
• Walk and carry objects lees than 50 lbs.
• Occasionally lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Work with and around hot cooking equipment.
• This is a hybrid position with some work on location and some in office.
