We’re building the #1 sales force for short-term rental investments in the United States, on track for $1B in annual volume and scaling toward $3B with a national footprint and real momentum behind it.
We’re not looking for someone to “manage operations.”
We’re looking for someone who can architect, drive, and enforce scale.
Someone who can keep up with a founder who moves fast and thinks big, while building the systems that make it all repeatable.
Someone who understands both sides of the business: the brand and the numbers, the big ideas and the execution.
If you want a safe role, this isn’t it. If you want to build something massive and be directly responsible for making it work, this is that role.
Compensation
- On Target Earnings: $200,000 (base salary bonus)
- Performance-based bonus tied to company growth

The Mission
Build the operational engine that turns Savvy STR Agents into a $3B company.
That means:
- Creating systems that scale agents from $0 → $20M → $50M
- Driving predictable leads → appointments → contracts → close pipelines
- Building a company that performs at a high level without constant CEO intervention
- Turning data into decisions and decisions into execution
$200,000 OTE
Responsibilities:
This role is fully accountable for execution across the business.
Revenue Engine Performance
- Own the full funnel: lead gen → ISA → agent → close
- Drive conversion rates at every stage
- Partner tightly with Sales leadership to increase agent productivity
- Ensure every lead source has a clear ROI and strategy
Operational Infrastructure
- Build and refine systems across: Inside Sales, Agent Onboarding and Performance Tracking, Transaction Coordination, Market Expansion Playbooks
- Oversee and optimize Savvy Agents' internal systems and tech stack
KPI & Accountability System
- Implement and enforce company-wide scorecards
- Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance rhythms
- Ensure every leader owns numbers—not narratives
Leadership Management
- Directly manage and align leadership across: Operations, Sales, Expansion, and Marketing
- Build leaders who build leaders
- Drive accountability, clarity, and execution across teams
Scaling the Organization
- Translate the $3B vision into hiring, structure, and execution
- Identify gaps before they become bottlenecks
- Build a company that scales without breaking
What Success Looks Like
- Agents are consistently increasing production across markets
- Clear visibility into every KPI that matters
- Lead flow is predictable and scalable
- Leaders are executing without bottlenecks
- The CEO is no longer the bottleneck
Qualifications:
- You have a proven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth, performance-driven environment (real estate, marketplaces, or high-volume sales organizations preferred)
- You’ve operated at a high level inside a rapidly scaling company ($50M → $500M environment)
- You think in systems, not tasks
- You are obsessed with performance metrics and accountability
- You can challenge leadership and win on logic, not politics
- You move fast and expect others to keep up
- You take ownership like it’s your company
Bonus Points:
- Experience in real estate, marketplaces, or high-volume sales orgs
- Built or scaled inside sales teams
- Experience with EOS or similar operating systems
