Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of cleaning staff, providing clear guidance and support to ensure efficient daily operations
- Train new employees on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, sanitation standards, and customer service expectations
- Monitor cleaning quality to meet company standards for residential and commercial properties
- assign tasks, and coordinate workflows to maximize productivity and team cohesion
- Enforce safety regulations and proper use of cleaning equipment to maintain a safe work environment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to health protocols
- Communicate effectively with staff to address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with services provided
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning services, or hospitality management with a focus on sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning equipment, chemicals, and workplace safety practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Exceptional communication skills for managerial interactions and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures housekeeper management, and sanitation protocols
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings
