About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented leader to join a team of professionals dedicated to improving the Medicaid program with a focus on approaches to reduce health disparities, advance quality and health equity for overall populations, and support the delivery of HRSN services. The Director, Regional Needs Assessment and Planning will oversee all aspects of relationship building and information sharing with our diverse stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in health equity, community engagement, and communication strategies to drive collaboration and ensure the voices of stakeholders are reflected in deliverables. The director will work with internal and external partners to facilitate regional needs assessment and planning activities that will result in the publication of regional health equity plans.
