Our business is built on repeat and referral clients, with a hands-on approach to each transaction. We operate within targeted segments of the market rather than broad, high-volume retail traffic.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated real estate agent with 1–2 years of experience (or a relevant background) who is looking to increase production within a structured, systems-driven environment.

This role is designed for an agent who wants to work with a steady pipeline of active buyers and is comfortable operating in a results-driven, high-activity setting. The position includes access to a recurring stream of organic inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with active buyers across Houghton, Keweenaw, and surrounding counties
• Show properties including waterfront, rural land, and unique residential assets
• Guide clients through the purchase process from initial inquiry through closing
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up within a structured CRM system
• Coordinate showings, inspections, and transaction timelines
• Provide market insight specific to property type, location, and use case

Ideal Candidate

• 1–2 years of real estate experience or related background (sales, construction, land use, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage a high volume of activity
• Comfortable working in a system-driven environment with defined processes
• Personable, responsive, and client-focused
• Self-motivated with a desire to increase production

Pay: $60,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
