Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing and leasing residential properties to prospective tenants, providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire leasing process, including conducting property tours, engaging with potential residents, handling inquiries, and processing lease applications.
A strong understanding of the local rental market and community amenities will enhance your ability to communicate effectively with prospective tenants. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of multifamily leasing or property management experience, with proven success converting prospects into tours and leases.
• Strong experience with leasing presentations, apartment tours, applications, lease paperwork, renewals, move-ins, and resident files.
• Experience with TaxCredit; Resman experience is a plus.
• Proven sales, follow-up, and customer service skills, including managing phone and internet leads and building strong prospect and resident relationships.
• Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills, with the ability to learn property management systems, support marketing efforts, and maintain a professional community appearance.

Responsabilities

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate leasing.
- Perform administrative duties related to leasing and tenant management.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract prospective residents to the properties.
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant interactions, and property showings.
