What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain digital design assets across multiple brands (marketing, internal, branding materials)
- Support brand consistency by applying established design systems and guidelines
- Collaborate with a small creative team to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Help track project timelines and deliverables
- Continuously refine your work based on creative direction and input
- Assist with additional creative or team needs as assigned
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop required)
- Figma (preferred)
- Procreate or illustration skills (a plus)
- Microsoft Office basics
- Real-world corporate design experience
- Portfolio-building projects across multiple brands
- Mentorship from experienced creative professionals
- Exposure to collaborative workflows and stakeholder communication
- Insight into brand strategy and multi-brand management
- Must be 18
- Valid driver’s license may be required
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
- Reliable attendance
