Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our healthcare facility. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a leadership position that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
