Savin Engineers is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate K-12 school construction and renovation projects in Wyandanch, NY.
- Manage and coordinate all phases of school construction projects.
- Oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
- Review and monitor project schedules, budgets, and change orders.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections, prepare daily reports and project updates.
- Attend and document project meetings, maintaining communication with district officials, architects, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, ADA requirements, and safety regulations.
- Resolve field conflicts, design clarifications, and construction issues efficiently.
Qualitifications:
- Minimum 7 plus years in construction management for educational facilities, buildings etc.
- Strong Knowledge of Building Codes
- Excellent communication, written and organizational skills
- OSHA 10 will be required. Will pay to get certified.
