About the Role

Savills is looking for a Senior Director, Change Management, to help lead and further develop the company’s Change and Communications Management services. We are looking for a strategic leader with industry knowledge and a proven track record of successfully supporting clients through organizational changes. This is an exciting opportunity to play an impactful role in the further growth of Savills.


Candidates with educational backgrounds and/or professional experience in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related disciplines are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate brings experience helping organizations navigate enterprise-wide transformation while balancing business objectives, workforce considerations, and organizational effectiveness.


Essential Duties& Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives at industry-leading clients to strategically develop and implement change management efforts, including leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, business readiness and communication development
  • Partner with executive leadership, Human Resources, and business leaders to support organizational design initiatives, workforce planning, succession planning, leadership transitions, and other strategic people-related transformation efforts
  • Lead organization-wide culture transformation initiatives, helping clients define desired behaviors, strengthen leadership alignment, reinforce organizational values, and embed sustainable cultural change
  • Assess the impact of change on organizations by evaluating organizational culture, workforce dynamics, leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and readiness for change.
  • Develop comprehensive change and workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to support change initiatives and engage leadership
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change, and mitigate resulting risks by understanding the impact of change across diverse stakeholder groups and developing and executing targeted change management strategies
  • Lead the identification of improvement opportunities that align with company goals and improve business outcomes
  • Handle highly sensitive organizational and employee information with the highest degree of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
  • Play a leading role in business development efforts, including client proposals, thought leadership and client presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to lead various business areas through change policies
  • Create and implement organization-wide communication strategies that empower teams to adopt change
  • Manage and develop a team, providing coaching, mentorship and guidance to team members at all levels
  • Create client-ready deliverables


Qualifications/Attributes

  • Ability to influence key stakeholders through strong relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to manage highly confidential organizational, personnel, and business information while exercising exceptional judgment, professionalism, and discretion
  • Ability to think creatively to bring new ideas and concepts to life through storytelling and visualization
  • Ability to deliver exceptional client experience that is outcome focused and, cost conscious and detail oriented
  • Exceptional people management skills with the ability to develop high performing teams and a passion for mentorship
  • Prosci or CCMP Certification Preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management experience, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
  • Outcome focused, cost conscious and detail oriented


Preferred Education and Experience

  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide organizational transformation, strategic communications, culture transformation, leadership alignment, organizational effectiveness, and behavior change initiatives using recognized change management methodologies
  • 15 years of experience leading enterprise-wide organizational transformation, organizational effectiveness, change management, organizational design, human resources consulting, talent strategy, or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership and Human Resources on organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, succession planning, organizational design, leadership development, and workforce transformation initiatives
  • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructures, leadership transitions, workforce planning, or succession planning initiatives is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of real estate industry preferred
