ABOUT THE ROLE

Savills is seeking a Research Manager, Global Occupier Services (GOS) to support high-profile occupier clients with complex, portfolio-level analytics and strategic insights. This role will serve as a dedicated research partner to the GOS business, leading advanced analytical workstreams, interfacing directly with clients, and translating data into actionable insights. The position requires a strong command of U.S., Canada and global market dynamics, as well as the ability to manage multiple high-impact deliverables simultaneously. This is a high-visibility role working closely with GOS leadership, brokerage teams, and Research leadership across markets.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development and delivery of complex, client-facing analyses, including portfolio benchmarking, market cost assessments, location strategy, and competitive intelligence.
• Participate in client meetings, including strategic quarterly or annual business reviews, presenting insights and clearly explaining methodologies.
• Translate large, multi-source datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform client decision-making.
• Own and execute high-volume, high-complexity research requests across multiple markets and geographies.
• Oversee the collection, validation, and synthesis of data from internal and external sources, coordinating with global Research teams as needed.
• Partner closely with GOS leadership, transaction management, consulting, and pursuit strategy teams to support client deliverables and business development efforts.
• Collaborate with GIS, marketing, and graphics teams to produce high-quality deliverables, visualizations, and thought leadership materials that support client engagement.
• Contribute to the development of differentiated research products, including sector-focused insights and portfolio analytics, and identify opportunities to scale repeatable analyses across GOS clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA or BS degree, preferably in business, marketing or related field; commercial real estate research experience required.
• Accomplished with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet research, and various other types of analytical and presentation software, Salesforce experience a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytic and data visualization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written, verbal and presentation delivery.
• Consistently demonstrate a high level of performance and professionalism.
• Self-starter who works independently and thinks proactively and strategically.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client-facing settings.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and geographies.
