Savills is seeking an enthusiastic & growth-minded Junior Broker to work closely with our team. This is a key role in our company, leading top of the funnel sales activities for the firm. Our ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and will thrive in an environment where the playbook is being actively developed.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying new business opportunities through warm connections, cold outreach, and telephone and email prospecting
- Cultivating professional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships at the C-suite level
- Developing business using entrepreneurial and out-of-the-box strategies
- Supporting senior level brokers in transaction management (i.e. identifying office space opportunities; scheduling tours, drafting proposals, providing lease comments and input on financial analyses)
- Assembling space reports for client requirements by conducting market surveys, making calls to landlords and brokers, and identifying which buildings/spaces are worthwhile to present to a client
- Providing leads, scheduling meetings, and staying in frequent contact with potential clients
- Researching company growth and structure, building rollovers and leverage windows
- Consistently refreshing and utilizing market knowledge to identify projects that Savills’ capabilities best align
- Updating the team’s materials (i.e. comp maps and matrices) for meetings

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 1 years of business development/outbound sales experience
- Experience with high-volume strategic outbound prospecting
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
