CSR I Mailroom

JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative I Mailroom ($16.50/hr $1/hr pay for performance)

OVERVIEW:

The Customer Service Representative I (Mailroom) ($16.50/hr $1/pay for performance) is responsible for the day-to-day clerical actions of the mailroom. The position requires use of a personal vehicle to pick up and drop off mail at the local post office. This position fulfills detail-oriented entry level functions in our facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Demonstrates ability to work in accordance with the SaviLinx Guiding Principles.
• Supports the day-to-day clerical actions for a contract with the following duties: Ensures privacy, confidentiality, and precision with all work.

• Scans, faxes, files, and collates mail.
• Maintains a working knowledge of our clients’ requirements.
• Picks up and drops off mail through use of personal vehicle (reimbursement for mileage included).
• Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

No Supervisory responsibility.

EXPECTED WORKDAYS/ HOURS:

This position requires work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

LOCATION:

Work in-center daily (not work from home). Requirement to drive to and from the local post office with personal vehicle.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Detail oriented with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• HIPAA and PHI experience.
• Demonstrated success in customer service work.
