Full-Time MHRT/c, 40 hours per week
ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
SaVida Health is a specialty medical practice providing outpatient opiate and alcohol addiction treatment services. SaVida Health's care model includes medical care, counseling, comprehensive toxicology testing, case management and medical management of psychiatric medications. SaVida provides compassionate and individualized treatment programs to support those with substance use disorder. Located in Massachusetts, Vermont, Maine, Virginia, New Hampshire, and Delaware.
ABOUT THE POSITION
At SaVida Health, the MHRT/C is responsible for coordinating and providing care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered in an outpatient substance abuse treatment setting. The MHRT/C will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating actions required to meet the client’s health and human services needed.
The Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician/Community (MHRT/C) provides specific services to adults. Those services include community integration, intensive case management, assertive community treatment, skills development, day support services and family psycho‐education.
REQUIREMENTS
- MHRT certification
- One year experience working in substance abuse field preferred
- One year experience working in the mental health counseling field preferred
- Knowledge of Opioid Health Home model preferred
- Good home internet for Telehealth purposes
- Must be able to work very well with our Team or independently
