What You’ll Do
As a clinician on our team, you will:
Provide in-home therapeutic counseling for children ages 5–21.
Help families learn strategies to manage behaviors and build healthier dynamics.
Collaborate with a full child-family team, including care managers, teachers, and psychiatrists.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each child.
Participate in regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
Document progress and maintain timely reports to support client outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
New Jersey license required: LSW, LAC, or LAMFT.
Passion for helping children and families as a clinician.
Bilingual is a plus but not required.
Valid NJ driver’s license.
Some experience in the mental health field is helpful (internships count!).
