The Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter and team player with fantastic client management experience to join our growing team as a Partnerships Manager. The ideal candidate is motivated, creative, and organized, and excited about working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This is the chance to get in at the ground floor of an exciting startup that is tackling a major problem for student loan borrowers across the country.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Act as the primary relationship manager and point of contact for a portfolio of Savi clients in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment
  • Develop proactive and creative strategies to help Savi’s partners maximize adoption with student loan borrowers
  • Provide ongoing support to clients through regular outreach, support with ad hoc technical requests and troubleshooting, and partnership on growth initiatives 
  • Oversee onboarding and implementation of the Savi tool with new partners, including developing launch strategies, crafting tailored communications plans, developing educational materials, and liaising with Savi’s in house team to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Monitor and analyze key client success metrics (KPIs), developing proactive strategy recommendations based on findings

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of account or client management experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience developing and running client impact reports and interpreting results for strategic recommendations
  • Experience developing creative strategies to support B2B and B2C technology adoption
  • Incredible relationship builder, with fantastic interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for working with diverse stakeholders 
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced work environment with an orientation towards action and results 
  • An interest in and aptitude for working with new technologies 
  • An entrepreneurial spirit; Self-starter able to work quickly and with high-quality on complex, detail oriented tasks
  • Interest in the social impact mission of Savi

Savi Benefits:

  • Savi’s hybrid homebase is in Washington, DC. Remote virtual is accommodatable as well.
  • Compensation: $65-80k base salary plus stock options
  • Full time
  • Benefits include: 5% 401K match after 6 months, health coverage (health, vision, dental, HSA) options, generous annual PTO, paid sick and parental leave, pre-tax commuter benefits, and 10 additional paid holidays annually.

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
