Savi Gurus is looking for an IT Specialist I Support Analyst to work full-time onsite at a client location in St. Louis, Missouri.
Technical Expertise & System Administration
Hybrid Environment Management: Expertly troubleshoot Windows OS and Active Directory user issues within a Hybrid Cloud/On-Premise infrastructure.- Modern Deployment (AutoPilot): Facilitate seamless device onboarding via Microsoft AutoPilot, ensuring proper enrollment and configuration.
- VDI & Contractor Onboarding: Manage access requests and support for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), specifically for contractor and stakeholder onboarding.
- Domain & Network Integrity: Resolve complex device issues, including domain trust failures, renaming conflicts, and network infrastructure bottlenecks.
Proactive Troubleshooting & Analysis
Independent Resolution: Leverage extensive experience to identify, research, and resolve hardware and software issues without the need for immediate escalation.- Maintenance & Optimization: Execute essential workstation health tasks, including clearing temporary folders, configuring settings, and installing/upgrading peripheral devices or printers.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for installation sequences, standards, and procedures to train stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Maintain your Easy Vista tickets and assigned work
- Documenting and updating knowledge base and procedures for Service Delivery
- Managing Intune device policies and app distribution for mobile and PC devices
- Assigning licenses in O365 admin and Adobe admin portals
- Deploying new PC’s as part of our lifecycle project
- Administer machines through our remote management tool (Manage Engine)
Operational & Professional Requirements
Availability: Prepared to participate in a rotational on-call schedule and work after-hours (evenings/weekends) for system maintenance and incident response.- Rapid Response: Committed to responding promptly to critical system alerts and urgent technical failures while on-call.
- Logistics & Compliance: Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to provide personal transportation for fieldwork throughout the district.
- Education/Experience: Meet the threshold of an Associate's degree with 2 years of progressive IT experience or a High School Diploma with 6 years of experience.
