Role Description
We’re looking for an Outside Sales Account Manager to represent Savety Yellow Products throughout Ohio and the surrounding states. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on growing business within the territory by supporting existing dealers, training their sales teams, and uncovering new opportunities.
As the face of our brand in your region, you’ll act as a key liaison between Savety Yellow, our dealers, and their sales teams, helping them close more deals, improve product knowledge, and deliver tailored safety solutions to customers. You’ll also seek out new dealer partnerships and be instrumental in expanding our presence in a high-potential territory.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role (B2B preferred)
- Familiarity with industrial, material handling, or safety-related products is a plus
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools on both desktop and mobile platforms (Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Zoom, CRM, etc.)
- Self-motivated and assertive with a go-getter mindset
- Able to take direction and follow through on goals and assigned tasks
- Deliberate, focused, and detail-oriented in all aspects of the role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own travel schedule
- Proficient with video conferencing and remote collaboration tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer sales reps (dealer list provided)
- Conduct regular in-person or virtual product trainings and sales meetings
- Introduce new products and provide market feedback to our internal team
- Accompany dealer reps on end-user site visits as needed
- Track and follow up on open quotes; alert the team to at-risk opportunities
- Prospect and onboard new dealers within the territory (with internal support)
- Attend select industry tradeshows or networking events
- Represent the Savety Yellow brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge
- Travel 40–50% of the time, generally every other week. All travel expenses are covered by Savety Yellow Products

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
