Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth goals and mission impact, with a strong focus on digital, content, and multichannel initiatives.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across SEO, social media, email marketing, performance advertising (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook), and emerging channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, placements, and creative collaborations that expand visibility and unlock new awareness channels without relying solely on traditional paid ads.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics and related platforms) to track performance, optimize ROI, and continuously refine messaging and targeting strategies.
- Drive marketing automation and product-adjacent initiatives that improve workflows, scalability, and campaign efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and sales-adjacent teams to align marketing efforts with growth objectives, including B2B, partnerships, and institutional outreach.
- Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring disciplined allocation across digital advertising, content production, brand placements, and experiential initiatives.
- Conduct ongoing research on market trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
- Lead creative development using Adobe Creative Suite while maintaining high standards for brand voice, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
Qualifications
- SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook), Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
