You will be responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and engagement across digital and physical communities while helping launch a nationally visible platform that blends environmental action, education, and modern marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth goals and mission impact, with a strong focus on digital, content, and multichannel initiatives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across SEO, social media, email marketing, performance advertising (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook), and emerging channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships, placements, and creative collaborations that expand visibility and unlock new awareness channels without relying solely on traditional paid ads.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics and related platforms) to track performance, optimize ROI, and continuously refine messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Drive marketing automation and product-adjacent initiatives that improve workflows, scalability, and campaign efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and sales-adjacent teams to align marketing efforts with growth objectives, including B2B, partnerships, and institutional outreach.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring disciplined allocation across digital advertising, content production, brand placements, and experiential initiatives.
  • Conduct ongoing research on market trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
  • Lead creative development using Adobe Creative Suite while maintaining high standards for brand voice, copywriting, and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

  • SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook), Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and insights into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and strong creative judgment across visual and written content.
  • Experience working with digital platforms, e-commerce concepts, or product-led marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining a sharp focus on ROI and impact.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments with high ownership and accountability.
