We’re growing — and we’re looking for a driven, experienced Account Executive to help expand our group benefits business across Florida. This is a true advisor role with the freedom to grow your book of business, supported by a modern brokerage platform, industry expertise, and innovative client tools.
About the RoleAs an Account Executive at SavePoint, you will:
- Prospect, sell, and service small to mid-market employer groups (2–500 lives)
- Develop and manage your own book of business
- Conduct benefits analysis, proposal delivery, and plan recommendations
- Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and results
- Work closely with underwriting, carrier partners, and internal support
- Represent SavePoint in the marketplace with professionalism and consultative value
This position is ideal for a motivated producer who wants independence, flexibility, and uncapped upside without the bureaucracy of traditional agencies.
Requirements✅ Florida 2-15 (Life, Health & Annuity) License — Required
✅ 2–5 years health insurance / employee benefits experience
✅ Proven ability to sell and retain employer groups
✅ Self-starter with strong organization and communication skills
✅ Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline
✅ Technology-forward mindset (CRM, digital quoting, etc.)
