Responsibilities
Description
- Process orders through the POS system
- Effectively communicate with leadership regarding fulfillment challenges
- Communicates any substitutions or exceptions to customer's order
- Adhere to customer order promise times to meet demand
- Follow instructions diligently to fulfill orders accurately
- Handoff orders to end customer or stage for customer retrieval according to program needs, i.e. in-store pickup, curbside, or staging in a kiosk/locker
- Meet productivity metrics and other fulfilment goals
- Maintain a clean work area, orderly, and free from safety hazards
- Stock supplies as needed.
- Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies to Store Management
- Uphold customer satisfaction by providing a seamless shopping experience with a variety of fresh and clean products
- Follow all safety protocols, operating procedures, and standards for product freshness and quality, including food safety guidelines for handling, displaying, and storing food items
- Follow all established protocols and requirements for handoff of regulated products
- Perform other duties as assigned
