- Package baked goods for retail display or catering orders while ensuring freshness and quality
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace by following food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Support food handling processes with proper hygiene practices and accurate ingredient measurement
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines in a high-volume bakery setting
Skills
- Proven experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation with a focus on baked goods and dough handling
- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques and food presentation skills would be great, but not necessary
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing portion sizes
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or during catering events
