Job Summary

Duties

• Assist customers in selecting the right tires, wheels, and automotive accessories based on their vehicle specifications and driving needs
• Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and installation options to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
• Manage inventory levels of tires, wheels, and related parts through effective stock control and ordering processes
• Use point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately while handling cash, credit, and electronic payments
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized service, follow-up communication, and after-sales support
• Coordinate with service technicians for vehicle diagnostics, maintenance recommendations, and automotive repair needs
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor with well-stocked displays that highlight key products and promotions

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the automotive parts or dealership environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, automotive diagnostics, and repair procedures
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (CMMS preferred), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and POS software
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Ability to negotiate effectively with customers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Knowledge of automotive parts sales, accessories management, and inventory control techniques
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and stock stocking processes
• Customer service-oriented mindset with strong phone etiquette and client communication skills
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills combined with automotive repair understanding are advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
