Responsibilities- Accurately select and pick grocery items based on online orders.
- Verify product quality and freshness, substituting items when necessary according to company guidelines.
- Package orders carefully to prevent damage during delivery or pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in the store while picking orders.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding order status and substitutions.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.
- Previous retail or grocery shopping experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
