- Clean and sanitize all areas of the store, including customer-facing spaces, restrooms, and break rooms
- Perform routine inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any needed replacements
- Respond to cleaning requests from staff and management quickly and efficiently
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks
- Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as required
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing a clean environment
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
- Good communication skills for interaction with team members and customers
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving objects as needed
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as necessary
