Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lutron Programmer, located in Canton, TX with some work from home flexibility. The Lutron Programmer will be responsible for programming and configuring Homeworks, Athena, or ASC systems. Day-to-day tasks , and object-oriented programming. The role requires collaboration with clients to design and implement custom lighting control solutions, as well as troubleshooting and providing technical support as needed.
Qualifications Preferred But not required:
- Experience in Computer Science and Programming
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Experience with Lutron systems such as Homeworks, Athena or ASC is a plus
