Responsibilities
- Supervise and train retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising products.
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to enhance store performance.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that aligns with company standards.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on promotional strategies and visual merchandising.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail math principles and ability to apply them effectively.
- Proven skills in upselling techniques and enhancing customer engagement through product demos.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
