Savas Security Solutions is currently hiring part-time unarmed Security Guards for positions throughout the Denver metro area and surrounding communities. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide high-quality service while following site-specific procedures, safety standards, and emergency protocols
• Incident Response: Handle incidents calmly and professionally, taking appropriate action when necessary
• Patrolling: Conduct scheduled and random patrols of properties and surrounding areas
• Adaptability: Work in a variety of environments based on client needs
• Property Protection: Prevent unauthorized access and reduce potential risks
• Hazard Awareness: Identify and report safety concerns to maintain a secure environment
• Maintain Order: Address disturbances and enforce property rules and policies
• Professional Presence: Maintain a clean appearance and approachable demeanor
• Technology Use: Operate basic computer systems, surveillance equipment, and communication tools
• Report Writing: Complete clear, accurate, and detailed incident reports
• Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and law enforcement
• Emergency Situations: Remain composed and responsive during high-stress situations
• Observation & Reporting: Monitor for suspicious activity and escalate when needed
• Team Coordination: Relay information and coordinate with law enforcement or team members as required

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma (or equivalent) OR 5 years of verifiable experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be willing to work within the Denver metro area
• Reliable transportation required
• Must obtain a Denver Security Guard License within 30 days of hire
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for driving positions

Schedule Details:

• Part-Time: Typically two 8-hour shifts per week (16 hours total)
• Shift Length: 8-hour shifts
• Overnight Shifts: Standard hours are 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Weekend Availability: May be required
• Holidays: May be required based on client needs
• On-Call Opportunities: May be available for additional coverage
• Overtime: Performance-based opportunities when available

Pay Rate:

• Unarmed Security Guards: Starting at $21/hour, with potential increases based on experience
