Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by adhering to safety protocols, site-specific policies, and emergency response procedures when necessary.
• Incident Response: Maintain a calm and solution-oriented approach when addressing incidents or critical situations, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
• Patrols: Perform regular and random patrols around business premises and surrounding areas to ensure site security.
• Varied Working Conditions: Adapt to diverse work environments, as conditions and requirements may vary by client site.
• Property Protection: Safeguard client properties by preventing unauthorized access and minimizing potential security risks.

• Crime Prevention & Investigation: Observe and investigate signs of criminal activity or disturbances, taking appropriate action or escalating as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Education/Experience: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience in the field.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background Check: Applicants will undergo a background check in compliance with applicable laws.
• Drug Screening: Must pass a drug screening as required by law.
• Licensing: State or local licensing may be required for certain positions. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required for driving roles.
• Location: Must be willing to work in the Denver Metro area.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to work sites.
• Security Guard License: Must obtain a Denver Security Guard License within 30 days of hire.

Shift Schedules:

• 8-Hour Shift: Standard 8-hour shifts based on client needs.
• Overnight: Standard shifts are from 9pm to 5am.

• Holidays: Work during holidays may be required based on client needs. Compensation or time off may be provided.
• Weekend Availability: Some roles require weekend availability, particularly during busy periods.
• Night Shift: Standard shifts are from 9pm to 5am.
• On-Call: Employees may be asked to be on-call for shift coverage, with potential compensation.
• Overtime: Performance-based overtime opportunities may be available based on operational needs.

Pay Rates:

• Unarmed Security Guards: Starting at $21 per hour, with potential increases based on experience.

Benefits (Full-Time Positions Only):

• Paid Sick Leave: Employees may accrue up to 48 hours of sick leave each year.
• PTO: Full-time employees working a 40-hour week accrue 80 hours (equivalent to 10 days or 2 weeks) of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually.
