Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, nursing, science, or kinesiology.
- 10 years’ minimum sales experience with demonstrated high performance.
- 3–5 years sales management/leadership experience.
- Experience with capital equipment sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional or territory management capacity.
- Strong knowledge of the long-term care market and its regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- MBA preferred.
- Experience working specifically within the long-term care or healthcare equipment sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Existing network of contacts within the Northeastern US long-term care industry.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies targeting the long-term care market in the Northeastern US.
