What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Discovery Advisor - Middleton, WI position at Savant?
Not every growth role looks the same — and we’re not trying to pretend this one does.
At Savant, our Client Discovery Team plays a critical role in how new relationships begin. We’re growing steadily, lead volume is strong, and the work matters — but it also takes focus, consistency, and a real commitment to learning the business.
We’re hiring a Client Discovery Advisor to help us meet that demand responsibly — someone who’s licensed (or actively working toward licensure), curious, and motivated by building real momentum early in a career in wealth management.
Why this role exists
Savant is growing — fast. Our Client Discovery Team sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and advisory, qualifying and nurturing prospects before they transition to Financial Advisors.
Licensed team members are creating real momentum:

-
Daily exposure to real clients, real conversations, and real outcomes
We’re looking for someone who wants that same trajectory — and is willing to put in the work to earn it.
What you’ll do (day‑to‑day)
As a Client Discovery Advisor, you’ll be responsible for moving prospects through Savant’s sales funnel — from first contact to advisor handoff. You will:

Engage and manage inbound leads from phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns
-
Make outbound calls to educate prospects, uncover needs, and identify opportunities
-
Qualify prospective clients against Savant’s services and schedule initial consultations with Financial Advisors

Track, monitor, and manage prospects through Savant’s CRM
-
Partner closely with Advisory, Marketing, and Business Development teams
-
Maintain accurate reporting on lead flow, activity, and conversion outcomes
-
Consistently execute high‑quality outreach activity on a daily basis
-
Help identify and develop new inbound and outbound partnership opportunities
