The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $72,000 - $105,000.00. Final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. This role is also eligible for our advisory incentive program which is in addition to the base salary - typically an additional 10-20% of base salary, depending upon performance. Details of that program will be discussed at the time of interview. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits.

What You’ll Do

As a Financial Advisor, you’ll balance relationship-building with technical expertise to help clients achieve their ideal futures. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advisory Excellence: Serve as a co-advisor on client relationships, providing personalized advice and ensuring exceptional delivery of our service model (“The Savant Way”).
- Client Engagement: Take the lead on routine communications, reviews, and follow-ups to maintain and strengthen client trust.
- Comprehensive Planning: Coordinate the full financial planning process with our Planning Team — from discovery to portfolio updates, returns, new opportunities, and long-term strategy.
- Revenue Growth: Convert approximately $10,000–$75,000 in annual revenue from existing or prior client relationships, or new prospects, at Savant’s typical fee schedule.
- Business Development: Support senior advisors’ new business efforts while building your own network through referrals, community involvement, and centers of influence.
- Process Mastery: Develop fluency in Savant’s IFP Roadmap Process and Investment Philosophy so you can confidently communicate our approach to clients and prospective partners.
- Collaboration: Participate in prospect and client planning meetings, coordinate follow-up workflows, and contribute to team success by supporting colleagues when needed.
- Location: St. Paul, MN (former Prairieview Partners office)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CT
- Compensation: Competitive base salary performance incentives
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an advisory support role, with demonstrated ability to develop and manage plans and manage client relationships
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university; MBA (ideal)
- Clean U4 with no disclosures for those who are registered
- Certified Financial Planner™ certification highly preferred upon hire, or obtained within one year of date of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as financial planning and securities balancing software
- Financial planning/wealth management acumen, judgment and experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Client first attitude
- A team player, collaborative, able to work with and through others
