The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $61,000 - $$85,000. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits.

During Due Diligence
You’ll help bring structure and visibility to active diligence workstreams by:
- Coordinating information requests and organizing materials in data rooms
- Keeping trackers, checklists, and issue logs current and usable
- Sitting in on diligence and planning meetings and capturing decisions, risks, and follow-ups
- Turning scattered findings into clean summaries leadership can use
- Helping make sure nothing important gets lost between conversations
Once a partner joins, the focus shifts to execution and coordination. You’ll help:
- Maintain onboarding and integration project plans and status trackers
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and structured follow-ups
- Monitor deadlines and flag risks, blockers, or dependencies early
- Work across Operations, Compliance, Technology, HR, Marketing, and other teams to keep handoffs clear
- Support the day-to-day operating rhythm of integration work
Transitions are smoother when communication is clear and timely. You’ll help make that happen by:
- Drafting and organizing onboarding and integration communications
- Sequencing updates so new partners know what’s coming and when
- Translating technical or operational topics into plain-language guidance
- Helping ensure partners feel informed — not overwhelmed — during transition
We want each transaction to run better than the last. You’ll contribute by:
- Supporting and organizing our DealRoom and related platforms
- Improving folder structures, templates, and request workflows
- Building repeatable tools — checklists, guides, and templates — that scale
- Doing light research and targeted analysis to support decisions
- Noticing friction and suggesting smarter ways to run the process

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, operations, analytics, or a related field

- Quick to learn new systems and platforms
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
- Willing to ask questions, take initiative, and improve how things are done
- Internship or early experience in project coordination, operations, consulting, onboarding, or diligence support
- Exposure to wealth management, RIA environments, M&A, or integrations
- Experience with DealRoom or similar data room / project tools
