What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Associate - Middleton, WI position at Savant Wealth Management?
If you’re the person who stays calm, organized, and helpful when things get busy, this role was built for you.
At Savant, Client Services is where relationships are protected, details are handled, and trust is built every single day. The Client Services Associate plays a central role in that experience. You’re often the first voice a client hears, the steady hand behind a smooth meeting, and the person who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.
This role is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and takes pride in doing things well—even when no one is watching. If you’re organized, calm under pressure, and energized by supporting both clients and advisors, you’ll feel at home here.
What the role actually looks like:
As part of the Client Services Team, you’ll support advisors, clients, and the office as a whole. Your days will be varied, and no two will look exactly the same. That includes:
-
Serving as a first point of contact for clients and prospects—by phone, in person, and behind the scenes
-
Scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and helping advisors stay prepared
-
Preparing and processing client paperwork, account openings, transfers, and service requests
-
Keeping client information accurate and up to date in Salesforce and related systems
-
Assembling materials and reports for client meetings and events
-
Navigating custodial relationships and helping clients move through what can sometimes feel like a complicated process
-
Troubleshooting issues as they arise and knowing when to pull in the right people
-
Supporting day-to-day office operations so the space feels welcoming, professional, and ready for clients
-
Pitching in where needed—covering for teammates, supporting events, or helping during especially busy periods
Some of the work is detail-heavy. Some of it is people-focused. All of it matters.

This is a 100% in-person role.

Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
What we’re looking for:
We’re less focused on buzzwords and more interested in how you show up to your work.
-
Two or more years of experience in client service, administrative support, or office operations—ideally within financial services, banking, or insurance
-
Comfort juggling multiple priorities without losing your attention to detail
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Confidence using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
-
A client-first mindset and a high level of professionalism
-
The ability to handle sensitive information with care and discretion
-
A team-oriented approach—you help where needed and ask for help when you need it
A bachelor’s or associate degree is highly preferred and will be prioritized, but relevant experience is just as important.
Why this role matters:
Client Services is often the glue that holds everything together. When this role is done well, clients feel cared for, advisors stay focused on planning, and the entire office runs more smoothly. It’s meaningful work, and it’s noticed—even when it’s quiet.
