Education And Experience Required
- Multi-site experience is a must.
- RCFE Administrator Certificate required.
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
- 5 years of experience working in an RCFE in an operations role.
- Must obtain a background clearance before starting.
- Makes sure that communities meet and exceed budgeted occupancy for each assigned community.
- Responsible for the training, coaching and evaluation of Executive Directors
- Evaluates financial reports.
- Works effectively with all community, regional and corporate staff
- Evaluates performance and promptly acts to address deficiencies to meet company goals.
- Responsible for making sure that the communities deliver the highest standard of service in all areas.
- Communicates effectively and professionally with residents, families, and staff members
- Highly proficient in conflict resolution
- Adhere to and direct community and team leaders to follow established policies and procedures.

Salary : $165,000 - $195,000
