This position will support incoming, in-process, and final inspections, maintain calibration systems, and help ensure compliance with our ISO 9001 quality management system.
The Quality Assurance Technician will work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to identify nonconformances, support corrective actions, and help strengthen the processes that ensure our instruments and components meet the highest quality standards.

About the RoleAs a Quality Assurance Technician, you will help ensure our instruments, components, and materials meet the highest quality standards before reaching our customers. You’ll work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to inspect products, identify nonconformances, and support continuous improvement within our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of parts, instruments, and reference oilsMaintain calibration schedules for inspection and measurement equipmentIdentify and document nonconforming materials and support corrective action effortsConduct process audits and support ISO 9001:2015 compliance activitiesReview and maintain quality documentation, records, and proceduresInspect PCB assemblies and mechanical components for workmanship and configurationCollaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issuesSupport continuous improvement initiatives across production processes
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNone
Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferredMinimum of three years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment requiredProficiency with ERP systems is required, Global Shop ERP preferred.ISO 9001 QMS experience required.Microsoft Office proficiency is required.Experience reading GD&T, blueprints and engineering specifications is required.
