They collaborate with stakeholders to establish priorities, identify requirements, develop cross-disciplined estimates for labor and materials to meet the requirements, coordinate funding sources, develop and manage integrated schedules, and document the project from inception to production status, including ongoing maintenance and operations. These efforts are aimed at aligning business systems products and services to customer requirements, streamlining operations, and optimizing system performance, driving innovation and efficiency within the organization.
Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include
The Associate IT Technical and Business Analyst provide value-added services by streamlining business processes focusing on producing quality and timely IT products and services in accordance with SRNS IT processes and procedures. Business Analysts identify business needs, recommend relevant solutions, and identify the pertinent business requirements. Business Analysts use tools and techniques to uncover and analyze opportunities in serving management, stakeholder, and customer needs leveraging technical aptitude. Under supervision, the Associate Business Analyst determines and/or verifies process, product, and documentation requirements for a variety of Department needs; for example, governance, procurement, project management, procedure development and maintenance, data calls/audits, contracts, communications, continuous
improvement, risk management, quality assurance, and software development lifecycle support. Primary responsibilities of this position include, under supervision, supporting projects and modifying strategies, procedural, and requirements documents; learning to write business-specific documents; working to meet firm deadlines and key milestones; learning SRNS and relevant section/department systems and requirements for accomplishing tasks; demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills; developing and utilizing organizational skills; and developing technical documentation for specified assignments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least two years of experience (YOE) in a relevant role, OR Master's degree in relevant field
- Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered
- Ability to obtain a Q level clearance
- Cooperates with work group to perform and support the day-to-day activities for assigned work/teams.
