Cleans golf cars thoroughly before and after use. Maintains the cart barn area in an immaculate and organized manner. Returns any personal belongings left in golf cars to the golf shop. Charges golf cars after use. Rotates golf carts used to maintain an even usage of all the golf cars. Maintains golf carts for use by ensuring proper water level in batteries and tire pressure. Maintains records of cart maintenance. Sets up driving range bag stands and supplies golf balls for each station. Retrieves balls from range and washes them before their next use. Retrieves broken golf cars from the golf course. Performs all opening & closing tasks such as securing all golf cars and range balls. Complies with departmental grooming standards and heritage golf group standards. Works variety of shifts, as needed to include nights, weekends and/or holidays. Complies with departmental and Club policies and procedures. Performs all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Golf knowledge preferred. One year of Customer Service Experience preferred Critical Skills: Must be able to understand and follow verbal/written instructions. Must be able to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations. Must have the ability to manage a diverse workload, prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks and to deploy resources effectively. Must have the willingness to provide exceptional service to members and desire to provide leadership to position the department to achieve the mission. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $19.00 per hour
