Savannah Age Management Medicine is a thriving medical practice serving Pooler, Statesboro, and Savannah since 2010. Led by Dr. Harry Collins, we specialize in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, regenerative medicine, and medical aesthetics—providing impactful treatments that improve quality of life.

As Dr. Collins transitions away from daily patient care, he will remain actively involved in the practice in a Medical Director role while we identify the right clinician to take on this exciting opportunity. You’ll join a well-established clinic with a committed care team, a loyal patient base, and strong operational support, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care without the burden of starting from scratch.

• Conduct in-person and telehealth consultations with patients focused on hormone optimization, metabolic health, and healthy aging.
• Educate patients on the long-term benefits of their individualized treatment plans and track their clinical progress.
• Adjust prescriptions, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations based on clinical response.
• Collaborate with the clinic’s other product and service offerings when appropriate for achieving patient goals.
• Stay informed on clinical literature and evolving best practices in the preventative and regenerative medicine space.
• Represent the clinic in the greater Savannah area through outreach and networking.
  

• Licensed MD or DO in the State of Georgia (or eligible to become licensed).
• Interest in or prior training in hormone therapy, functional medicine, or regenerative medicine (training support provided).
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical patient-facing experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build patient trust both in-person and virtually.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to consistent follow-through.
