What you will be doing
Answer phones and assisting with customer needs
Manage customer orders and inventory systems
Check emails throughout the day for order status changes/additions
Enter and verify customer orders in inventory system
Prepare documentation for truck arrivals and departures (Bill of Lading, Truck Arrival Checklist, Truck Departure Checklist)
Fax or scan Bill of Ladings to customers and designated parties (as required)
What we will need form you
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions with minimal supervision
Attention to detail, self-motivated, and strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in fast paced, consistent high volume environment
Strong customer service skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and Power Point, Outlook
Ability to work overtime, weekend, and Holidays as needed

Must be able to work with telephones, computer and other office equipment

Wear required PPE
This is primarily an office position. In the office, the Team Member will be frequently exposed to normal office noises such as telephones ringing, copier running, etc. The noise level in the office is typically low to moderate.
