The Role
We’re seeking a creative, proactive, and data-driven Social Media & Marketing Specialist to take ownership of organic digital presence and storytelling across multiple platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex or technical topics into engaging, accessible, and visually compelling content that drives awareness and engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow organic social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and others
- Develop and manage a strategic content calendar aligned with brand messaging and business goals
- Create and publish high-quality content including graphics, short-form video, employee spotlights, customer stories, and educational campaigns
- Design branded visual assets using Canva (required) and ideally Adobe Creative Suite
- Support broader marketing efforts including newsletters, communications, PR initiatives, and event promotion (trade shows, webinars)
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (engagement, growth, traffic) using tools like HubSpot, Mixpanel/Amplitude, GA4, platform analytics, and Google Search Console
- Apply foundational SEO best practices to content and digital assets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance website content, landing pages, and overall brand storytelling
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand communications
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for engaging content
- Experience with Canva (required); Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Comfortable analyzing performance data and optimizing content accordingly
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to execute independently
- Interest or experience in technology, cybersecurity, compliance, or sustainability is a plus
Portfolio required (social posts, campaigns, graphics, or content samples)
