PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT – COMMERCIAL GENERAL CONTRACTOR Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent from a Commercial General Contractor to lead onsite construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. The Superintendent is the primary onsite representative, managing subcontractors, coordinating daily work, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and building partners. QualificationsMinimum 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent for a Commercial General Contractor (Class A commercial TI preferred).Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering plans and specifications.Strong working knowledge of commercial trades (carpentry, MEP, finishes).Understanding of building codes, OSHA requirements, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and related documentation.Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe; experience with Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project, BIM a plus.OSHA-30, First Aid/CPR, and LEED accreditation preferred.
