- Generate Clear and concise Non-conformance Reports
- Able to work overtime
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior machinist experience

- Ability to read, understand, and interpret internal and customer provided mechanical prints including GD&T
- Basic experience with a wide variety of metrology equipment including CMM, Optical comparator, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, etc
- Visual Product Inspections – Surface Cosmetics of Plated/Painted and bare material parts
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure that aerospace products meet pre-defined standards of quality
- Participate in product design reviews to ensure quality considerations are integrated from the onset
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to establish quality requirements for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
- Design and execute testing processes for product verification, including setting up of testing equipment and instrumentation
- Analyze data from testing processes to identify areas for improvement in the quality systems
- Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities and develop corrective and preventive action plans
- Maintain compliance with national and international quality standards relevant to aerospace manufacturing, such as AS9100 and ISO 9001
- Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, making recommendations based on findings
- Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings and creating audit finding reports
- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data to improve product manufacturing
- Review suppliers’ purchase orders and establish supplier quality requirements
- Participate in supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with company standards
