Job Title: Barback in Brewery Setting
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Barback in our brewery. As a Barback, you will be responsible for ensuring that our taproom is well-stocked, clean, and organized to provide excellent service to our customers. This job does require you to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday Shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Stocking and replenishing bar inventory, including beer kegs, glasses, and other supplies
- Assisting bartenders with supplies needed during service
- Cleaning and maintaining the bar area, including wiping down counters, washing glasses, and removing empty plates and garbage
- Assisting with setting up and breaking down taproom, rooftop bar and beer garden
- Helping set up and break down private events
- Assist on canning days
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer concerns or issues
- Helping to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Assisting with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barback or similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to lift heavy kegs and supplies (up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 20 years of age
