PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:
We are seeking a creative and skilled graphic designer to join our lean marketing team. This role will collaborate with various internal teams to produce high-quality designs for our brand and projects. As the graphic designer, you will be asked to produce projects covering a wide variety of mediums. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or visual arts is preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
- Proven experience graphic designer or in similar roles
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously while influencing cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to adapt and change priorities and projects
- Knowledge of web design and experience is with HTML/CSS is a plus
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Conceptualize and Design: Create visually striking designs for various projects including advertisements, brochures, booth graphics, social media graphics, eNewsletters, webpage layouts, logos, and branding materials that communicate brand messages, enhance brand identity, and keep our audience engaged.
- Collaborate: Working closely with the marketing team, but also cross-functionally with product development and engineering teams to understand product objections and be able to translate those into creative designs that align with our brand.
- Execute Design Projects: Ownership is key. Own and execute the project while adhering to project timelines and priorities.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Cohesive work across all mediums is a must. Style, tone and messaging must be present in all aspects of work.
- File Management: Organize and maintain design files, assets, and documentation for easy access and future reference.

- Strong communication skills and able to relate well to people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong people skills with focus on creating long-term relationships
- Knowledge of hunting and shooting sports preferred
- Able to work productively and effectively when faced with stressful work situations and time pressures
