- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product demos when needed
- Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments with precision and integrity
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure product availability
- Upsell additional items or promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales
- Assist with stocking, inventory management, and basic merchandising tasks to support store operations
Experience
- Previous cashiering experience in a retail or gas station store environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude
- Knowledge of gas station store operations, product placement, and merchandising practices is beneficial
