Job Summary

**THIS IS A SUMMER POSITION. EMPLOYMENT IS SEASONAL AND TEMPORARY** Open for internal applications for five days from the date of posting. The position will open to external applicants on the sixth day. Under the immediate supervision of the Principal or designee. Summary Description: To teach a structured program to students with IEP's related to: Social and Emotional learning, ELA, and math and to maintain accurate attendance records. Extended School Year (ESY) is a Special Education program for students with disabilities whose IEP team has determined that in order to minimize substantial regression and reduce learning loss. These services will be based upon the individual needs of the students per their IEP goals/objectives. Requirements / Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Education EXPERIENCE: Two years of experience as a teacher SKILLS: Eligible for California Education Specialist Instruction Credential Copy of Transcript Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Recommendation Resume
