What are the responsibilities and job description for the S&M Expert (server) position at Sausage & Meat?
The S&M Expert (S&ME) will be the person that knows everything! They will be taking care of the guests at the table. Taking orders, filling drinks, running food, closing checks, handling cash will be the basic requirements. What will separate the S&ME is that they will take it to the next level. They will make sure that every table is having a great time! They will offer samples, offer hot sauce tastings, be engaging, telling jokes, etc. To put it simply the S&ME is similar to a server, but they are taking it to the next level, they are an expert! This will be a tipped position.
